Visiting Marrakech :
The Jamaa Elfna square : In the heart of the old city is dominated by the Koutoubia, Jamaa Elfna is the square of enchantment. Celebrated in whole world. Classified as heritage of UNESCO, Jamaa Alfna is a traditional space where fancies, myths and all sorts of creativity are displayed. Go to the Souks to get a touch of this magic. At night, the square is metamorphosed into an open restaurant.
Koutoubia : The spiritual lighthouse of Marrakech and its most remarkable monument (70m height)
Saadian Tombs: Many tombs were constructed during the 16th century in order to host the bodies of 13 sovereigns of the Saadian dynasty.
Palace Elbadii: This Palace was constructed by Ahmed Almansour in 1578, and it is composed of 360 rooms organized around a big internal square decorated with basins and gardens.
The Bahia Palace: Constructed around 1880 on the order of the visir Ba Hmad. This property is surrounded by a garden of 8 hectares and hosts a succession of luxury secret apartments that lead to patios.
Ben Youssef Mosque: Gigantic and superb Coranic School founded by the Merinid Sultan Abu Alhassan (1331-1349).
The Menara: Planted with a garden of olive trees in the middle of which an immense basin of the 12th century is seated. At the bank of the water a small saadain pavilion. It was the gallant rendezvous of Sultans. The legend goes that one of them had a habit to through in the basin his night companion with the sunrise.
Majorelle Gardens : A garden ornamented with bougainvilleas, coconut trees , banana tree, bamboo and palm trees, was created in 1920s by the French painter Jacques Majorelle who constructed a big workshop of blue. Abandoned after his death the garden was renovated and restored by Yves Saint Laurent and Pierre Bergé.
The Palmeraie : A thousand years old sumptuous exuberant and fantastic creation of the Almoravids. The plantation covers presently 13.000hectares East Marrakech city.
